Marketing Lead
Decision making can be a broad, abstract topic. We are looking for an expert communicator that can drive Clearbox Decision’s efforts in educating potential clients and more broadly, business leaders, on the importance of effectively managing the decision process, the impact and how our Cloverpop platform can drive those results. In this role you will develop and drive our company’s marketing strategy. This will include coordinating the development and deployment of thought leadership articles, podcasts, webinars, marketing collateral and advertising tactics. You will manage our top-of-funnel pipeline, driving awareness and converting to qualified sales leads.

Role Description:
As a Senior Account Executive at Cloverpop, you will play a key role in expanding our enterprise footprint by driving revenue through the sale of our Decision Intelligence Platform (DIP) and custom AI solutions. You will engage with key enterprise accounts, develop long-term relationships, and close complex deals that deliver strategic value to Fortune 500 Marketing, Strategy, IT, Data & Analytics, Sales, and Supply Chain organizations. This role requires a high-energy individual with deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and a passion for helping organizations optimize their decision-making processes. You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customers’ specific needs, ensuring they are set up for future success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting to closing, for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered solutions (including modules like forecasting and optimization).
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations (F500 CPG, Pharma, Financial Services, Retail).
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, focusing on enterprise clients with high-impact decision-making needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize Cloverpop’s decision intelligence solutions, demonstrating the value of our platform.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and develop proposals that address unique decision-making challenges.
- Own the client relationship from initial engagement to account expansion, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.
- Work with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure clients achieve maximum value from the platform.
- Act as a thought leader in decision intelligence, positioning Cloverpop as the market leader.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving significant revenue growth within the enterprise market.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong background in SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals within Fortune 500 companies.
- Familiarity with CPG / Retail / Pharma industries and the commercial / supply chain processes and analytical capabilities that they leverage.
- Exceptional consultative sales skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to develop bespoke proposals that directly address customer needs and requests.
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and a strong ability to navigate enterprise decision-making landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a data-driven approach to selling solutions.
- High energy, a passion for learning, and a genuine interest in revolutionizing enterprise decision-making through AI.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years working in marketing at a B2B software company
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong copywriting skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Proactive work ethic with a bias towards action
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
- Experience in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc...
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
